Key Responsibility Area:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (including job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR Manager and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department, including process enhancements and recruitment strategies.

Qualification :

lMaster's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience :

0-2 years in core recruitment

Desired Candidate Skills :

lProven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

lFamiliarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

lStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

lExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

lHigh level of professionalism and integrity.

lExperience in recruiting for roles such as Digital Marketing, International Business, Graphic Design, Content Writers, etc., would be a plus.
