Function: Human Resource
Location: Mumbai
Position Title: Recruiter
Reporting To: HR Head
a) Major Activities
- Recruiting Freelance Language Experts (Indic & Foreign Languages)
- Screening CVs, understanding the skill set and domain based on their work experience mentioned on
their CV.
- Coordination with language resources
- Maintaining the database of our resources,
- Fulfillment of Requirements
- Coordination with Clients
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations

Qualifications:
Graduate (MBA will be preferred)
b) Requisite Skills:
Technical Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Good Presentation & Analytical skills
Excellent Collaboration and Communication skills
Good Organizational Skills
Detail Oriented
Behavioral Ability to handle high pressure situations
Attention to detail
Ability to adhere to strict timelines
Ability to maintain company image and effectively manage customer
