The Wellness Shop is a leading brand in clean beauty and wellness, committed to offering natural and sustainable products. We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on bulk hiring for sales roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, with an emphasis onbulk hiring for sales teams.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the HR team and department heads to understand specific recruitment requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and progress.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress.
Requirements:
- Experience:Minimum 1+ year of experience in recruitment, with proven expertise inbulk hiring, especially for sales roles.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, job boards).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
