We are looking for a Recruitment Executive / Team Leader - Recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to manage and lead a team of recruiters.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and meet hiring goals
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, knowledge, and experience
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure recruitment needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in India
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and hiring goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of recruiters
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Experience with recruitment tools and systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms for sourcing candidates
