Overview
The Recruitment Executive plays a critical role in the organization by spearheading the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of qualified and competent individuals to meet the company's staffing needs. They are responsible for executing recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates, and managing the entire recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment activities and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for talent acquisition.
- Solid decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Working experience with Manpower Consultant or in Facility Industry preferred
