As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and we are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any stream,
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates

Roles And Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, job boards, and employee referrals
- Screen and shortlist resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Assist in the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings
- Prepare job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system
