Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in our talent acquisition efforts. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and collecting feedback from interviewers.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment as needed.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract top talent to the organization.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting candidates across multiple channels.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software applications.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
