Job Overview
We are seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our team at Aaradhya Growth LLP. As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process and ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Good knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
- Proactive and result-oriented attitude
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Review and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate's suitability
- Perform reference checks and background verifications
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
