As a Recruitment Coordinator Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes
Key Responsibilities
Communication Support : Assist in drafting and sending out communication to candidates and hiring managers.
Interview Coordination : Arrange and schedule interviews, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars and organizing documents.
Data Management : Input and maintain accurate data in relevant spreadsheets and recruitment databases.
Documentation : Assist in preparing and formatting recruitment-related documents and reports.
Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and support throughout the recruitment process.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
