We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Nizamabad. In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of recruitment processes, including scheduling, communication, and database management. Your support will be key to helping recruiters and hiring managers identify and hire the right talent efficiently.

Please note: While the position is based in Nizamabad, our primary office is located in Hyderabad. This role offers a work-from-home setup with occasional travel to Hyderabad for training or meetings as needed.

• Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with recruiters to source and screen candidates using various tools and platforms.
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment databases, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job boards and social media.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for internal review.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Telugu and English is preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
