Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and candidates to provide tailored recruitment solutions. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses find the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source qualified candidates for various roles.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Consultative Approach: Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability to help them make informed hiring decisions.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
- Job Posting & Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on multiple platforms to attract top-tier candidates.
- Client Presentations & Reporting: Present candidate profiles and recruitment progress reports to clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on expectations.
- Negotiation & Offers: Manage the offer and negotiation process, ensuring both client and candidate expectations are met.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to effectively source talent and advise clients.
- Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate records of candidates, interview feedback, and client communications in the recruitment database.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar recruitment or staffing role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to recruitment.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
