As a Booking Consultant for an UK Healthcare Agency at Target Mind your job expectations are -
- Job Location: IIM Road, Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
- Job Timing: 5 Rotational shifts (Day and Nights both Two days off in week)
- Fresher or experience preferred in UK Healthcare process.
- You will be entitled to UK Bank Holidays.
- MUST have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Successful and must be willing to learn new skills while working.
- Should have a keen interest to build a career in international clientele.

This position is ideal for a driven person who thrives on a commission-based position.
As a booking consultant your minimum job expectation is:
- To liaise with frontline workers and gain their availability for as far in advance as possible.
- To ensure they are familiar with the various booking process for end clients.
- To ensure all checklist are completed as soon as the candidates are signed off ready for shift/job submission.
- To ensure the booking portals are 100% up to date with correct documentation and upload/chase compliance for any required documents.
- To ensure all shift requests are reviewed and to submit active workers as soon as the shifts are released (or as soon as possible) within 5-10 seconds of shift release during prime working time.
- To liaise with the resourcing team regarding areas of high vacancy release and ask them to target said areas.
- To send booking confirmations to frontline workers and note the CRM system, send booking confirmation with full booking information and gain confirmation from candidates via email/what's app/text.
- To cancel and shifts as soon as advised by and worker or client immediately, note CRM system and to update, improve and maintain the worker control book.
You will be monitored by: -
- Shift submissions
- Hours booked.
- Candidates added to portals/booking sheet.
There will be a probation period of 3 months initially and this will be reviewed each month, and you shall provide a 1 months notice to allow the Company time to arrange for your replacement.
