Role Description:

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-quality healthcare professionals for our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include sourcing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and managing the full recruitment cycle.

Requirements -

- Minimum 6+ months of experience in UK healthcare recruitment

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and trends are a plus
