About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier talent for the firm. They will develop strong relationships with stakeholders and implement initiatives to enhance Talent Acquisition processes. This role will involve supporting recruitment activities and aligning with the organization's overall goals.
Responsibilities
- Identifying business needs, planning recruitment cycles, screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing candidate engagement, and assisting with final offer negotiations
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders for seamless execution
- Representing the company as an employer of choice and expanding the talent pool across various geographies
- Implementing recruitment marketing strategies through research and market analysis
- Designing and refining recruitment strategies for key roles within the business
- Brainstorming to improve recruitment programs and streamline processes
- Leading and developing a team of Recruiters and Assistant Managers to meet hiring targets, while reporting to senior leadership
- Training the team to enhance applicant quality and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Managing job postings, collaborating with hiring managers on selection criteria, and creating recruitment campaigns
- Utilizing innovative strategies to source quality candidates and creating talent pipelines for anticipated hiring needs
- Ensuring operational efficiency and compliance through proper documentation and data management
- Monitoring recruitment costs to improve efficiency and reduce expenses
- Leading initiatives to leverage non-traditional recruitment, branding, and marketing strategies
- Staying updated on industry trends in Talent Acquisition and advocating for best practices within the team
Experience
- 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition
Education
- Graduate with 7+ years of relevant experience, or
- MBA in HR with 6+ years of relevant experience
