Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Talent Identification and Sourcing:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates for executive positions within the Singapore and APAC markets.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including databases, social media, and networking, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts and potential candidates.
Market Mapping and Analysis:
- Perform market mapping to understand the talent landscape and identify key players in relevant industries.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform search strategies and client engagements.
Candidate Evaluation:
- Screen and evaluate potential candidates based on their experience, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
Client Interaction:
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand specific role requirements and client expectations.
- Provide regular updates on search progress and candidate pipelines to clients and consultants.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed candidate reports and profiles for presentation to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and search activities in the database.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in executive search and talent acquisition.
- Identify opportunities to improve search processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably focusing on the Singapore and APAC markets.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using recruitment databases and sourcing tools.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
