Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team at PEEPCROWD TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. This is a full-time junior position with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting and sales operations. The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and sales operations
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and objectives
  • Create engaging job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications on selected candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company's database
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
  • Prepare offer letters and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
