Recruitment Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant at Emgage in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for graduate recruitment, consulting with clients on recruiting strategies, conducting interviews, effective communication with candidates, and overall recruiting activities for the organization.

• Consulting experience in recruitment

• Effective Communication abilities
• Experience in recruitment processes and strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of HRMS systems is a plus
