Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Intern (Remote)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: INR 10,000 + Incentives
What You'll Do:
- Be the Talent Scout: Help us find the best talent by posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop smart sourcing strategies.
- Social Media Sleuth: Use online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
- First Impressions Matter: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Scheduling Maestro: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Event Planner: Help organise and attend virtual career fairs and recruitment events
- Industry Insider: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
What You Brings:
- A graduate or post-graduation degree in any specific domain and a passion for recruitment.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and a keen eye for spotting great talent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
