Reporting to the People Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding efficiently top talents into Sistema.bio, while promoting Sistema.bios brand and for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees into the company as per the Hiring Plan.
you'll be in charge of:
- Coordinating with the hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments and developing the Hiring Plan according to the data by ensuring its implementation as per the timelines.
- Managing the hiring plan according to project s need by building and maintaining a database of online channels, professional networks and others to recruit efficiently and measure success.
- Being a champion of the Sistema.bio recruitment process by mastering our internal ATS (BambooHR).
- Leveraging metrics to validate sourcing channels and to advise on turnaround time of closing a position.
- Onboarding and managing candidates experience to provide the best experience possible.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
More about YOU:
- You should have a bachelors in management, HR, or any relevant field.
- You must have at least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- You have experience in sourcing candidates through different networks.
- Bonus point if you have worked on human resource analytics.
- You are very meticulous with data and have good data-oriented decision-making skills with excellent negotiations.
- You must have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- You have the ability to develop and manage various recruitment initiatives/projects.
