Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Recruitment Associate at PTPL. As a Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks which include hiring, communication, interviewing, recruiting, and screening candidates. This role is located in Faridabad, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications

- Experience in conducting interviews and screenings
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
