Job Summary
As a Recruitment Associate for Esper.io , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Inhouse recruitment activities. You will work closely with Interviewers, agencies to understand their hiring needs and identify qualified candidates through various sourcing methods. You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including ATS, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for Tech/non-Tech roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to talent acquisition, and provide recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT SAAS industry.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including roles, skills, and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
