Recruitment and CSM Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Recruitment and Customer Success Manager (CSM) Lead. This role will be responsible for overseeing both recruitment efforts and customer success initiatives to ensure the growth and satisfaction of our team and US clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with the team, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

  1. Customer Success:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key US clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and resolve any challenges.
  • Track and analyze customer success metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Engineering, Business Administration, or any technical field.
  • At least 12+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • At least 10+ years of previous experience in customer success or account management roles is highly needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both the internal team and US clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Highly experienced in team handling, escalation management, and report analysis.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM systems is preferred.
