Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

Interview Coordination: Help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and answering inquiries throughout the recruitment process.

Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Recruitment Support: Assist senior recruiters in various recruitment activities and projects.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to support recruitment strategies.

Onboarding Support: Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and provide support.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry developments to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
