Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Recruiting Operations Intern at Recruiting Genie LLP. The Recruiting Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting with various day-to-day tasks related to recruitment and HR operations. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate databases, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Stipend

The internship is unpaid; however, interns may be eligible for performance-based incentives and valuable professional development opportunities.

To incentivize the efforts of interns we may share them 30% of the new business generated by their individual or team efforts, along-with travel expense reimbursement if applicable.
