Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Recruiters Overseas. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for overseas positions. This is a full-time position located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and possess excellent communication, screening, sourcing, and document filing skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and job fairs
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
- Coordinate with overseas clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Recommend and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to the management team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices
- Source direct and indirect candidates
- Source indirect candidates through agents, who should be sourced by the recruiter.
