We are looking for a Candidate,
- Who can handle end to end recruitment process in Domestic Recruitment (Non IT).
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting the candidates from different job portals/ social media networking like Naukri, Linked In, Monster etc
- Schedule and Coordinate interviews with managers and candidates.
- Updating the daily status in ATS
- Conduct background verification / reference checks of the candidates
- Conducting campus Drives/Attending Job Fairs
- Must be a good team player
- Must have good communications and analytical skills
Key skills:
- Hands on experience on bulk hiring Non-IT recruitment
- Experience in campus hiring is an added advantage
- MS Office(Word, Excel, PPT)
- Hands on experience using any ATS is an added advantage
- Communication skills
- Relationship building skills
- Multi-tasking skills
Educational qualification:
- MBA in HR/ Industrial Relations/B.Tech (EEE/ECE)
Experience:
- 2-4 years (Preferably in Manufacturing Sector)
