Overview
The Recruiter role is critical in supporting the growth and success of our organization. In a work-from-home (WFH) environment, the Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating top talent to fill various positions across the company. This role requires a keen understanding of our business needs and the ability to translate those needs into comprehensive job descriptions that attract the right candidates. The Recruiter will leverage their market knowledge, networking skills, and recruitment technology to source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end hiring process efficiently. Through effective communication and collaboration with hiring managers, the Recruiter ensures that we find individuals who not only meet the skills criteria but also align with our company culture. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a consistent and effective recruitment strategy.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Create and post job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
- Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Partner with HR to facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
- Strong understanding of job descriptions and candidate evaluation processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using social media and networking platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
