Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at We4HR in Vadodara. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within the industries we serve. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
• Knowledge of HR processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience using recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Must have at least 2 years of experience in domestic non-IT recruitment
