Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the education sector. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Must have working knowledge on portals like Naukri.com, Indeed etc.
- Proven 6 months of experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in Ed-tech.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
