We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team at Verifitech Services - India. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to join our organization. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are specifically looking for a Fresher with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using job portals, social media, and other platforms
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Evaluate and select candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide timely and effective communication to both candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and documentation
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
