Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter located in Dehradun. As a Human Resources Recruiter at Venture Quest, you will be responsible for conducting talent acquisition activities, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. You will also assist in developing and implementing recruiting strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
