JOB DESCRIPTION: HR RECRUITER

Hours: Monday Friday, up to 45(some hours outside of this as required)

Shift: GMT Shift - (3:30 pm IST to 12:30 am IST )

Location: Pune, Cerebrum IT Park B3, Kalyani Nagar

Transportation: A drop service is available only for female employees within a 15 kms radius. If they reside beyond 15 kms, they will need to relocate closer, or we will not proceed with the selection.

Salary: Up to 6 lacs or 30% hike on the last withdrawn, whichever is lower but can't exceed 6 lacs CTC.)

HR Recruiter Responsibilities:

Filling positions within an organization.

Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.

Developing own network of suitable candidates.

Handling of administration and record-keeping.

Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.

Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

Drafting and posting job descriptions.

Interviewing candidates.

Preparing job offers.

Networking with various institutions and social media.

Our ideal candidate:

Bachelor's in human resources.

MBA preferred.

A minimum of 2 years experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).

. Excellent record keeping.
