- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, ideally within the real estate industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate engagement
- Experience with bulk hiring and sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
- Ability to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for specific positions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates qualifications and suitability for specific positions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring practices
