Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the
end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, focusing on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. Key
responsibilities include:
Utilize various online job portals (e.g., Shine, Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn) and other recruitment tools
to identify and attract potential candidates.
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational culture
to effectively tailor the recruitment process.
Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements and
job specifications.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and fit for the
role and client organization.
Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews, provide feedback, and make recommendations on
potential hires.
Assist in the negotiation of job offers and employment terms between clients and candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.
Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and
recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to clients and
management.
Requirements:
Proven minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection, with a strong track record of successful placements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
