We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team at Tesk Training Consultancy. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within our organization. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and is suitable for fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to meet quotas and work well under pressure
- Familiarity with resume screening and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for various job openings
- Review and analyze resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers during the selection process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruitment database
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and integrate new hires
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes
