TECH Education Spain SAS, as a strategic partner of TECH Technological University, is selecting a HR Recruiter with English for its offices in Pune, India.

What responsibilities will you have

Taking requirements from hiring managers, understading and identifying staffing needs.

Preparation of the job description.

Publish job offers on different platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc.

CV screening.

Phone and/or in-person interviews: in Spanish and/or English.

Writing reports for the hiring managers.

Presentation of final candidates to the internal client.

Onboarding management, including the contract preparation process.

Conflict resolution and data entry into the system.

What do we offer

The schedule is Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.

The salary 20,000 - 30,000 Indian Rupees.
