We are seeking an experienced recruiter having done Volume hiring / handled large projects with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry to join our team at Zyvka, a recruitment marketplace startup. As a recruiter on our platform, you will have the opportunity to work with the Top clients in the Insurance Industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the Insurance Industry( Preferred Life Insurance)
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitment.
Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and prepare a roadmap to deliver them.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts through social media, professional organizations, and other channels.
Manage the end to end smooth candidate experience from connecting to onboarding.
Use Zyvka's recruitment platform to manage your candidate pipeline and track your progress.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and the insurance industry.
Adhere the TAT in delivering the projects.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on Volume hiring in Insurance industry
Proven success in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent in the Insurance industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external Stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred
