Position Summary:
HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we'd like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing and posting job openings.
- Finding and contacting potential job candidates.
- Pre-screening job candidates.
- Helping candidates write CVs.
- Presenting a candidate to an employer or hiring manager.
- Setting up interviews between candidates and employers.
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, professional networking sites, references etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Track Record of hiring potential candidates and high-profile candidates like CEO, CFO, VP, Departmental Heads etc and monthly onboarding must be atleast 20-25 candidates as per the need of the hour
