Role: Recruiter

Are you passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities Do you have a keen eye for potential and a knack for engaging with people Speshally NHS Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. Freshers who are eager to start their career in recruitment are welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Location: Marol, Andheri

Salary: Upto 20k per month

Immediate joiners are preferred.
