We focus on recruitments for various clients for regular as well as PDW candidates.

Designation: Recruiter

Experience required: 3 months to 1 year

Job location: Marol, Andheri East, WFO only

Job Summary:

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates and internal teams. The recruiter will be required to travel to BKC, Andheri, Matunga areas twice a week and attend meetings. The agenda for these meetings will be informed a day prior.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to find active and passive candidates.

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
  • Manage the interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates.

Candidate Assessment:

  • Use assessment techniques to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and potential for success within the company.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on the interview outcomes.

Offer and Negotiation:

  • Extend job offers and handle salary negotiations, ensuring both the candidate and company reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote Speshally as an employer of choice by participating in and organizing recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking meetups.
  • Enhancethe company's online presence and ensure job postings reflect the company's culture and values.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
