Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Candidate Management:
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and challenges.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking functions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other talent sources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
