Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the best possible candidates are selected for each role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruiting activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the Indian job market context.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
