Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at ShiningStars ITPL in Lucknow. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and building relationships with both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Talent Sourcing, Screening, and Selection skills
• Interviewing and Negotiation skills
• Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills
• Experience in Recruitment or HR, Freshers can also apply.
• Knowledge of Employment Laws and Regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
