Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates: Identify and attract suitable candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media .

Screening Resumes: Review and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates as per the clients requirements .

Conducting Interviews: Organize and conduct initial interviews (telephone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinating Interviews: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.

Managing Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and attract a wide pool of candidates.

Software Updates : Updating the CVs on company software

Data Maintain : Maintaining the candidates data in excel .
