Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team at SaplingsHR. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting the best talent for our clients in the Development sector, IT, and NBFC industries. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Development sector, IT, or NBFC industries
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for specific job requirements
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen and assess candidates qualifications and suitability for specific job requirements
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and making job offers
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide support throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
