We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
Source and screen potential candidates for IT positions through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates on their application status and gather necessary information
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to build a strong talent pipeline
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process
Uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with candidates and stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus
