Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to identify, source, and recruit top talent for the organization
Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies such as traditional and passive channels, employee referrals, job boards, college recruiting, networking, etc.
Manage source selection process, complete selection paperwork, background checks, and other hiring requisites
Manage and maintain a good relationship with recruitment agencies and other third-party vendors
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment process
Handle the job postings, job advertisements and maintain a database of potential candidates
Contribute to employer branding initiatives online and offline
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws
Prepare reports on recruitment metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline
At least 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume, corporate environment
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resource Management Systems and other recruiting software
Excellent written and oral communication skills and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills
A positive and professional attitude while dealing with candidates and colleagues
