Recruiter

• Responsible for Bulk hiring
• Sourcing candidates through different sources
• Vendor Management
• Screening candidates and take them through the entire recruiting process.
• End to End recruitment
• Salary negotiation and offer closures
• Designing and implementing effective recruitment and staffing strategies - Ensuring utilization of all channels of recruitment (Channel Partners, Job Portals, Employee Referral & Social Media) to ensure timely closure with finesse.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.

Note:

1) Shift would be from 1PM - 10PM IST however applicant should be flexible incase if business

exigencies.
