Role Description

We are currently seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within our organization. As a Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing candidates skills and qualifications, and managing the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting techniques and best practices
• Ability to source and attract candidates using various channels and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and candidate management software
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
• USA Shift hours
• Chance of going to USA on H1B/L1 in future.

Some remote roles are available on commission basis only.

ONSITE team is hired on salary basis.
