Job Opportunity for Fresher and Experience !- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements for entry-level positions.
Utilise various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and university partnerships, to attract qualified candidates.
- Review job applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the qualifications and requirements for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for the role.- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as appropriate.
Any bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Training will be provided for all the recruitment work.
- International recruitment experience.
